So I have a 3-month year old daughter, I moved to AR to take a job doing corporate finance at Sam's Club (Which came with a massive raise) I work for a boss I like, and we put a bid in on a house just 2 minutes away from my sister and the sellers accepted it.

If by "interesting" you mean "awesome" of course. It sounds like just about everything is finally going your way. Congrats on the new job! It sounds like you all are very happy, which makes me very happy to hear.
