He really expresses himself well and is a very capable writer.
I had an email exchange with him some years ago when he wrote a piece for Politico arguing for the legalization of polygamy. His argument was kind of bad.
Still, he's someone whose writing I find...exciting? As in, it tickles the pleasure centers of my brain.
He's very lefty but at the same time fairly critical of the current antics of the left.
