Normally I don’t post when I get a story published, because normally I don’t want to admit how long it is between such stories (about a half-dozen stories in 16 years), but I have enjoyed Christine’s posts and their linked stories, and so have been inspired share.
So, if anyone is curious, I sold the story “The Monitor of Dorean Gates” to ComputorEdge Magazine back in November 2004. It’s not one of my best, but it’s fun, and should inspire you all, knowing that if this junk can get published, one day one of your stories certainly will.

November 2004? You're more recent than I am. My ComputorEdge article was back in September 1992, and their archives don't even go back that far. I'm having a hard time getting your article to come up, though. But congrats nonetheless. You're published. You're a writer. Nice going.
