It's been confirmed that I have sold a story called Cobalt Blue to an anthology called Dark Spires.
This was the first time I have been requested to submit, in a closed submission process, to an anthology. The anthology is the first book to be published by Wizards Tower Press--a new venture by Hugo winner Cheryl Morgan.
The anthology is being edited by Colin Harvey and will have a story in (the only other author I am allowed to confirm at this stage) by Gareth Powell who recently signed a novel contract with Solaris.

Thanks--I started writing the story on July 23rd and finished it on July 31st. The deadline was 1st August. No crits--I just sent it in. It was a bit of a panic, really! Except, of course, he asked me for the story in May...

You're right. Keeping them on the edge of their seats is great--I just think that's not meant to include the editor!

That review has you sticking out at the top of the heap! Excellent, and congratulations, especially since the reviewer had no qualms about pointing out the flaws in other stories.

I took the opportunity to check out your website and blog, Adam, and your growing Bibliography. Quite impressive.
Same with Brad. Same with Honu.
It is exciting to see you all breaking through, and I appreciate your continued participation in this Forum, and the encouragement and guidance you continue to share.
