My story, "The Implications of a Grand Unified Theory (A Love Story)" is featured in September's Fifth Di... at SamsDot.

"Beauty and the Butler" has been published at Every Day Fiction (to not-so-great reviews, unfortunately). Hard to sell folks on a thoroughly unlikable protagonist.

Hey Steve,

Just read your Everyday Fiction piece and followed a link to your blog.

Now the risk is very low, however, alluding to anything that may identify your WotF is grounds for disqualification, and saying how many words your piece is may be a tip off point.

It is a stretch, and also unlikely you have anything to worry about, but it would be wise to sit on your hands, and bite your tongue (which I imagine is increasingly difficult), when it comes to your masterpiece.

Good luck! I want to tell you I hope you win the grand prize but Ben might get mad at me.

Congrats on your sales, BTW.
