I just got a Facebook request to become a "friend" of Review Fuse, so I looked them up on Google and found out its some kind of critiquing site. Have you heard of them or participated with them and do you think it would be productive to join them?

I tried them out. The reviews I got were all over the map. Some were from real novices and some from regular writers but from different genres.
They have a paid Premium service to get you more critiques. If you're strictly looking for crits, I suggest checking out critters.org. There is no fee, it's all speculative and it takes a month or so to get your manuscript critiqued.
