Congrats on that first issue, and on the contest - it sounds really wonderful. I'm trying to figure out if I have time to enter it...many of the ideas the author presents in the essay are ones I believe in and reflect in my own work (though mine tends to head in a more global-culture-as-normal direction rather than disability-as-normal, but it flows along the same axis, I think.)
