Writing on a novel Characterization World Building Relevant research
As for me:
Last Week's Goals:
FIRE AND EARTH (formerly known as SEVEN STARS): Send out three queries. Yes.
BLOOD WILL TELL: Read some more about marketing. Yes. That is, I've done some reading. No more marketing yet.
BLOOD IS THICKER: Let it rest. Easy one.
THE BARD'S GIFT: Chapters 27 and 28. Yes and Chapter 29, too.
MAGE STORM: Get back to the revision. Eh. Not really.
Create a better subplot for a key supporting character: Grr, still no.
Finish the rough draft, minus the subplot: No, but almost! I re-outlined the very last section of the book and did a mock-up of the scenes. Down to the final five scenes:)At last, a completed novel is on the horizon...I may actually be learning to finish things!
