You should talk to a medical professional who has expertise in pharmaceuticals, something we aren't really authorized to advise you about on a public internet forum relating to writing. A lot of permanent drug-related damage and death comes from ill-advised advice. So I'll give you this advice.

One thing I've learned. If you can't get hold of the doctor, ask the pharmacist. Often, they know more about drug interactions, anyway. And there's usually one available 24/7.

Rommel, you are bumming me out. If you were just an ordinary kid that couldn't get a hold of your own governer, that would be one thing, but you are a hero of the american people, and the free world at large, by your sacrifice. I salute you for the service you have done all of us in Afganistan, and I believe Iraq. It pains me to hear that you are having such a struggle.
I am not going to pretend to know what you are going through. I do know that others have gone through it and came out the other end and better for it. I believe that you are still young enough so your addictions could be brought under control.I Hope you will find a doctor that will help you cope with your struggles.
My prayers are with you. It sounds like your darkest times may still be up ahead.

I am not a pharmacist or a doctor, but I have several clients on some of these medications, so I know a little bit about them. The pain killers and anti-inflamatories should not be a problem by themselves. The other two, together, could possibly cause seizures depending on the dosage. There may also be an increase in depression.
However, the most serious problem that could occur with this medication would be if you consumed alcohol or took any other nonperscription pharmaceuticals. This could cause permanent liver damage and/or severe depression.
Go see a doctor and get some blood work done. The pharmacist might not be good enough.

Thank you all for your concerns, and input.
I don’t drink as much as I use to, I have a glass of wine every weekend, and I have had the same bottle for the last 3 months so alcohol is most likely not the problem. As for other drug use I take advil for head aces and that’s about it. I have not done any other drugs in months. The last time was mushrooms in February and had a decent time but I know that anti cooko drugs and psychedelic drugs are a very bad mix.
The doctors have taken blood work and “found” nothing wrong but we are talking about army doctors who in my opinion don’t know $%^&. For one thing by buddy Gomez broke his color bone and the army doctors took X rays and said nothing was wrong but when Gomez went to his family doctor on pass back to LA they found 2 fractures.
And I haven’t been to Iraq. Ever since my mental brake down back in early June there is very little chance I will be deployed again, Ho how I miss deployment, it was so much easer than garrison.
