You know that black plastic trim you have on the vehicle of your choice, the stuff that fades and starts to go grey? Well, peanut butter will bring it back to almost mint, at least for a while.

I have just used it on my motor-bicycle, a VFR750FL nearly 25 years-old and, boy, has it seem some miles; roughly 400,000kms. Anywho, just rubbed and buffed some peanut butter onto my rear mudguard and the chain-guard. Looks just like new!

Will let you know how long it lasts.

Phil.

PS. The smooth stuff, not the crunchy one. [Razz]

Probably the oils in it. Wikipedia says you can use it to remove chewing gum from hair.
