I know! It is so funny. I wonder if he’s counting sales from hats and t-shirts and what not? He should be it on ebay too. That always seems to generate some news if it gets pulled! Think anyone out there has really given anything?

I'm not sure about the 'gullibility' factor. I'd consider buying a shirt simply because it made me laugh. It's probable that the majority of his money raised is from merchandise sold, and it's probable that people are buying his merchandise for the exact same reason I would consider doing so.
And, for what it's worth, I don't think this guy has any real intention of killing this bunny. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a friend's pet.

I agree. I'm just wondering how you criminalize this without criminalizing a lot of other stuff. "Do the dishes or I'll eat the last donut" is only different in the nature of the threat and the number of people being threatened.
