So, here's what we're gonna do. I am opening up this thread to you, the Pat fans to tell me about your favorite Pat story while here at Hatrack, or before.
And I will be the guest of honor.
Oh, and here's the list of my logins. Maybe someone will figure out what my TRUE post count is.

I fondly remember when you debuted DefenderoftheForce, it caused me to register ElvenWench. We had a nice little bout, back and forth.
Of course, I won. You need only compare Attack of the Clones to the Two Towers to see that you had virtually no chance.
You're one of the few people that I feel comfortable saying "I love you, as much as a married woman can love another guy" to.

OK, Seeing how I have known this man for a long time. I will tell you my favorite story.
A little back ground: Pat's and my grandfather was very short fused man. It is something that Pat and I have learned to tone down, just to give you an idea. When he was mad he was scary and everyone ran. Due to family situations, Pat ended up living with our grandparents.
Pat was given a sweater for his birthday or Christmas, not important. Days later he was spending the night over at my house. When we decided to go meet some of my friends. We stopped by a friends house. I knew that she was alone and was deathly afraid that someone would break in and kill her, it way beyaond normal fear. I, of course, being the kind human being I am decided to play on this fear. We decided to do the old knock-and-run routine. So we knocked and ran.
Pat ran past me and into a barbed wire fence that, being night without lights, we could not see. I remember laughing so hard that I could not stand. To see Pat tangled in the wire.
Back to the point. Pat was wearing his brand new sweater and had torn a few hole in his sweater. Rightfully so, Pat was mortified what my grandfather would do to him. There is no fear till you realize your life is about to end over a sweater.
After that nothing was fun anymore so we went home. Lukily my mother who kinew her father very well wall calm and darned all the holes. My Grandfather never found out.
So,Pat,does your conscience weigh on you about lying to your Grandfather?
I have many other stories but they are for Pat to tell. I will tell you all that if you knew his life your respect for him would only increase.

Pat's my role model. Unfortunately, I don't think I could pick just one favorite story. Maybe that time he drank a bottle of soy sauce and tried to eat Bob's concession stand. Or that time that he and Cedrios got in a knife fight on the stone bridge. Or that time that he owed me five bucks.

Or that time he tried to register the name Mr. Virgin Lips, but I'd already taken it, and then he registered Mr. Virgin iips before realizing that he had the L/i thing backwards. Or the time he registered the name Jimmy Osmond and sang the same song three times in one thread. Good grief, that thread cracked me up. Or the time that he registered the name Sharkey and then I registered Snarky and got everyone to think that I was Pat, spoofing himself. Ah, so many usernames, so many memories.

I have had lots of great times with Pat. Mafia Games, ooh I remember the first. I also have had the oppertunity of mistaking 'Pat' for a female, thus kicking off the registration of Patrick, and Patricia.

One of my fondest memories of Pat, outside of mafia, was when Saruman came to harrass me in the Wenches' Tavern Jail. That thread made me laugh a lot. Especially when the love-struck Obi-wan came to rescue him. LOL
The whole "pull my finger" thing, which should not have been funny, but was.

Pat's a cool guy. Thats why whenever I want a private little chuckle to myself, I think of him falling off the tramp. Cool guys falling down is fundamental comedy at its best.
And thats my favorite Pat memory.

Favorite Post: The one that listed what he believes and why.
Best Quality: A twisted sense of humor
Why he's on my Personal Favorites List: He indulges my husband's smart-aleck, sarcastic side with grace and wit.
I'd be interested in seeing him fall off a tramp. Just a few questions: How tall was the tramp? Were you standing on your head when you fell off him? Was he really a tramp, or just a misunderstood hobo?
