Yes, Julian. At 75 degrees the air conditioner kicks on. It is too hot in here.
No, Tracy. I am not an expert on deciphering loan contracts. Don't you think that my asking what a balloon payment is might indicate that I'm not qualified to make judgements about loans?
And no, I will not amortize them for you. I am neither a loan expert, nor the bookkeeper. Why don't you wait until Friday, when the bookkeeper is actually here?
I will take minutes for your meetings. If they are during my normal business hours. Yes. I have class tonight, and can't.
And remember this, always remember this: Spending time with my family is The Most Important Thing in My Life

{{{Achilles}}} Been there done that on almost all of them. Some bosses just don't get it...
Now I must go clear another stupid paper jam in the postage meter because the idiots can't understand that if the sticky tape doesn't eject, they HAVE to clear it out before trying to run a second one!

I feel your pain. I took a pay cut for this job, and as a result I'm currently working a second job and trying to get a third (which, granted, will replace the current second one in a few months). I do this because here at my "main job" I get to sit at a desk all day in my own cubicle. For the 8.5 hours I'm here, I do roughly 3 hours of work. I don't have to answer phones or call anyone. My boss is fabulous, and my four immediate coworkers are competent and friendly. I will take working three remotely enjoyable jobs any day over one well-paying, high stress, make-me-want-to-kill-people job in an environment I don't like.
