The Eagle has landed!

Joshua Michael was born at 5:18 PM. Mom and baby both doing great. But it's been an awfully long day, so I'm afraid you're gonna have to wait for the play-by-play. We'll try to get some pictures up soon, too. But the stats: 7 pounds 12 ounces, 19 inches long. Ten fingers and ten toes, all pointing in the proper directions.

I kinda like Squoose, too, but I'll need to talk that one over with Mama.

He's not that tall. [Smile] Ems was 8 lbs., 2 oz., and almost 21 inches at birth. Most of the boy babies born that day at that hospital were about 18-20 inches, and most of the girls were 16-18.
