I was playing on the nintendo emulator linked to from one of the other threads, and some combination of the Ctrl and Alt keys made the screen of my laptop turn completely on its side. I keep trying to punch the keys again trying to undo it, but it's not working.
Whence These Flowers?!?!?!?
My computer can't function in its present state. Does someone know how to fix it?

Use the arrow keys. ctrl-alt and a side arrow will turn it to that side, down will turn it upside down, and up will turn it rightside up.

Ah. I was punching the arrow keys as well as Ctrl and Alt. Thanks for saving the day.
In other news, I'm trying to pick a scene for my acting class. I was told to do something form Oleana by David Mamet. I'm reading through the play now. Anyone familiar with it?

Incidentally, it doesn't work with all video cards, but I find it worth it to try whenever I come across an unattended computer. . . makes a great prank. As long as you can hang around and fix it when they come back and freak out.

I recall seeing something like that in the control panel for Nvidia. nView desktop blah blah. Didn't know there were shortcuts though.

Well, there are monitors that rotate, including Tablet PCs. Those would definitely need a feature like that.
