But it reminds me of a show I saw where this poor boy had a horrible disease that made him allergic to wheat. He had to go on a gluten free diet, which I think would be so difficult.

My grandma's got celiac disease and gets along just fine. But then again, she's almost 70 and has been dealing with it for decades.
Her next door neighbor, however, is 7. I can't imagine being a kid and not being able to eat like.. anything your friends do.
