I'm jealous, BumperCar. Your alter-bumping-ego is so much cleverer than mine.

Just... damn.

I was watching ESPN Classic the other day, and they were showing the recent Arkansas vs Kentucky game that went into 7 overtimes under the heading of "Instant Classic."

So there you go.

(I left out a word. One of the classic blunders.)

It was a dark and stormy night. No longer a newbie, but by far the highest member number to post to on "Instant Classic", pooka wonders what she can possibly have to add to this edifice of monkey feces.

And on page 3 she saw it, the elusive Baldar. His recent posts were still viewable. Repelled, but unable to turn away, she began to click and read; click and read.

But still she cannot wipe from her mind the funniest dobie she ever saw, which admittedly isn't saying much:
...
Drat, it has apparently been deleted.

I think "letdown" is one word.

A classic blunder.

Ooh.. that was some excellent Flash work on the Vlasic website. Did you see the animation when you drag your mouse over the pickle? And check out that typeface! It's almost as great as the "Mr. Television" series I bought. Classic.

*Bump*

Mr. Poterio head mentioned "instant classic" in the context of Disney, and I had to bump the thread!

If you would be so kind as to indulge me, I'd like to introduce you to the Thread Taste Testing Challenge. Simply read this page blindfolded, and then read this page blindfolded.

Then try to tell which is Thread Classic, and which is New Thread. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I miss Ralphie.

What happens when an Instant Classic becomes a classic?

Wow. I mean, I have intentionally taken myself out of the loop from time to time, so I can't really complain.
