When in my low-teens I was told I looked like Ralph Maccio. Later on it would be a series of different musicians, depending on where my facial hair was at the time, and some of whom don't look that similiar to each other: Trent Reznor, Brian Warner, Nuno Bentencourt, Chris Cornell, and 1 or 2 others I can't think of right now.
Lately I've mostly been told I look like Jesus. Including by one of dkw's parishoners.

I always get told I look like people that I really don't look like at all. The chick from Northern Exposure, The chick from China Beach. Sandra Bullock.
I don't resemble any of them in the least, except maybe the hairstyles I've had at different times. I used to wear my hair like Terri Hatcher in her Lois and Clark days.
I just have one of those inoffensive, girl-next-door faces. Everyone thinks I look like somebody they know. Clients used to say to their companions, "Doesn't she look just like so-and-so's cousin?" People used to stop me in the mall and ask, "Do you work at that sports bar?"
I find it terribly vexing.

I've been told I look like: Jake Gyllenhaal (We have very similar eyes, I mostly agree) Toby Mcquire (I don't agree as much, but he looks a lot like Jake Gyllenhaal, so can't argue there)
and Matt Damon I'm not sure what the resemblance is, but lots of people have told me. Niki said no way when I told her that people have said this, but then when watching Rounders she said she could totally see it. I think it might be body type or hair or mannerisms.

If I were forced at gunpoint to say you looked like any of them, I would say you resembled Toby McGuire. But you don't look much like any of them.

I was once told I looked like Princess Diana. But the guy was trying to convince me to have sex with him at the time (I wasn’t even interested in having lunch with him) so I pretty much discounted it. My hair might have looked a little like hers, though.

I had a manager who thought I looked like Elvis Presley. She even gave me a nice Elvis collector's stamp set inside a little glass box.
I personally think I look nothing like the King, but what do you do. I keep that stamp in my cubicle as a reminder that at least somebody thinks so.

The closest I've come to being told I look like a celebrity is someone told me my lips looked like Julia Roberts's lips. I didn't exactly take it as a compliment, actually.
