This story's intro was trialed on Hatrack here , and then later here (although I didn't realise the idea first came to me December 2007--yikes!). I think I wrote the story about a just over a year later in early 2009, and it was accepted in May 2010. I think I subbed it to a couple of places before Redstone, but not many.

But only mildly offensive???
