So*, I wake up this morning to the phone ringing and I realize that I never heard my alarm go off. I glance over at the clock - 8:45. I need to be at work by 8. Excellent.
(time elapses)
I'm at the office and I grab my cup of ice and proceed to turn it up (wait - too fast!) so I can eat some of the ice and it turns out to actually be my cup of coffee and now I have said coffee all down the front of my white shirt. Excellent.
... it is definitely going to be one of those days.

Well, at least you didn't have major dental work this morning.
Whenever you are having a bad day, just think about how worse it would be lying in a chair with a dentist drilling, and filing, and scraping, and poking you. Will put most days in perspective. If you ever have a day where you would rather be getting a root canal, immediately go home and sleep until its tomorrow.
(Had a root canal last week, and had the "build up" today for a crown, which I thought was even worse )

Okay, you win. I'm terrified of the dentist. *shudders* And mine, after all, was cold coffee, at least. Posts: 142 | Registered: Jan 2005

I wear contact lenses. Starting out your day by slipping a tiny piece of GLASS into your eye makes whatever comes at you during the day seem like small potatoes. Ah, the Zen of Myopia!
