rady's American Grill is just what the name implies. Alas that the turkey meatloaf has been dropped from the menu. But sandwiches and salads are good light fare, and the fish and chicken dishes are well but plainly cooked. My favorites are the soups — especially the shrimp bisque. What Kristine and I mostly go for, however, is the chips and queso appetizer: the hot creamy, cheesy dip is wonderful, and even though they serve a large portion, it's never enough.
