May I suggest that we all view the rankings as relative and act accordingly? And maybe lean toward subtracting points? Eg. if Neville Longbottom at 31 seems overrated compared to Harry Potter at 27, take Neville down a rung instead of bumping Harry up. When people enter the Danger Zone (maybe 15 and below) that might be a good time to consider giving points. Dunno, just thought it might make the game go a little faster.
