Mack, As I discovered in a recent thread, I am the age of your actual mom. I agree with CT that you are your own best mom. However, I would be happy to be your friend-who-is-the-same-age-as-your-mom kind of mom. This is on the condition that you tell all your friends, "This is my Mom, but doesn't she look WAY too young to be my mom?" Because I will need that. Liz

I posted this for Slash about four months ago-- I think it applies.
quote:
Get Better: Frivel And Schleck Part Fiver!
Haul him out and draw the lines, Put some mustard down his spine! Dance and shout the sickness out, Boils and blains and pox and gout!
You bring the torches and I'll bring the leeches Take his hand when out he reaches, Pull him up onto the stone Light the fires and sing the song:
Oh! Hey holly-ghoolie, die-del-die-del joolie! A bit of magic, a bit of phlox, get you cured of any pox! Oh! Ben-za-ben-za-ben-za-bee! Sores and pus and leprosy!
All go out! Do not stay! We will sing you all away! Leave our poor dear friend alone, Put the flesh back on his bones!
Raise him up and hear him yelp! Stuff his craw with mashed up kelp! Beat the drum, sound the gong, Sing once more our healing song:
Oh! Hey holly-ghoolie, die-del-die-del joolie! A bit of magic, a bit of phlox, get you cured of any pox! Oh! Ben-za-ben-za-ben-za-bee! Sores and pus and leprosy!
