I'm having fried rice for one. One of the only times I actually feel it's easy enough for me to cook lunch for myself is when we have leftover rice. Posts: 21182 | Registered: Sep 2004

Today I had leftover Sesame Chicken from dinner last night and leftover spinach and onions from Tuesday that I forgot to bring to eat yesterday. Posts: 5879 | Registered: Apr 2001

Trying to round up some of the troops for a trip to the Mexican Restaurant. If I cant get that done maybe some Chinese takeout since that never happened last week and got replaced by Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut that day ruined my weigh in for my running groups final weigh in that evening for the grand prize. I lost by 3 pounds since I only lost 19 pounds. Dang. Dave lost 21. Oh well. If I just would not have had Pizza Hut for lunch. Grrr….. Fell for the ol Dave saying he wasn’t doing well with the contest on Tuesday so thought I had it in the bag. Sigh…. Fell for the oldest trick in the book.

I had a plate of hot wings, then a bunch of celery with peanut butter. Not fully Atkinsing, but still watching the carbs. Between that and joining the gym (and actually going to the gym), I'm down 25 pounds since the end of January, woohoo!

I’m going to a Pirates game tonight! Fun. We’re taking some missionaries from my church up. Cool. So lunch might be a bit delayed. Save up some room for a big foot long dog with the works. Yum. Let’s go Bucs!

Had a eye doctors appointment this morning. They dilated my eyes so I can’t see very well right now. The drive into work was fun. Ick. Stopped at Shop and Save and grabbed a few hot dogs. No deli girl today. Oh well.. Not like I really tell if she was there….

I have no problem pondering my next meal, or the one after that, or the next one, etc., etc.
Today, I'm meeting my brother in Baton Rouge for lunch at TJ Ribs. All meat-eaters should be jealous.

I had one of those Burger Kind Ultimate Breakfast Omelets this morning so I’m not getting very hungry. Thinking of Chinese since that seems to be less filling.

I'm working from 10 to 3 today, so I ate breakfast before I came in, but I don't get lunch. However, today is my last day, and my bosses got me a cake. So, yeah. A piece of cake was my lunch.

Chinese Buffet. Went with a few guys from the NASA facility who work under the SAIC contract with me. Interesting lunch with everyone looking for new jobs!

I seem to have picked up some sort of bug and my guts have been rebelling against me for the last week or so, so I've finally given in and for the next 2 days all I get is saltines and 100% juice. Posts: 5879 | Registered: Apr 2001

Jamba Juice because I took my daughter there after her braces got tightened at lunchtime. And because I like it.

Have to go turn in my offer letter so I might stop and get Mexican while I’m on that side of town. Cool.

Took my mom out for fancy-pants food and wine as a very, very belated Mothers' Day gift. 'Twas quite nice even so.
