Sandy, I don't presently require one, but is there any chance you can reserve me an album for like a week from now? (I have little to no pictures yet, but should have plenty after I develop and scan my Bridge Street Run pics)
If not, no big deal.
Either way, I will probably send a pic for the general album then.

I'm a messenger for the hard-workin' Sandy when I tell y'all that she'll be back on Monday, and she apologizes for being MIA this past week or two. Bigtime deadline looming that she just barely beat a couple of minutes ago, working her fingers to the bone, sweating blood, bleeding sweat, and in general working her ass off.
(Frankly, I'm for holding a grudge-why should we put up with delays in a free, voluntary service, anyway? )

You know? I want to cast a vote for the old arrangement. No order except chronological. All new pics are at the end. This way you can't really find where the new pictures are. I mean you have to keep up with whether or not you've looked at those yet. Before it was easy. You just went to the end.
Sorry for negating all the work it must have been to arrange them alphabetically, Sandy. I appreciate you doing this, regardless of how you decide to do it.

I'd second aka's vote. I do appreciate all the work you've done, (and the server space you provide) and on paper it seems like a good idea, but in practice it's a bit of a pain. If you provided a link with each announcement that there were new pictures that would probably take care of it, but of course that would be a little more work for you.

OR instead of undoing all her work (and i like it organized this way) and making her use more space perhaps we could find a way that it would tell us the most recent photos added in an album in the last two weeks or something, sorta like the recent comments section?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, but I think I will keep it the way it is. Several hatrackers have told me they like that earlier uploaded photos are much easier to reference now. The jatraquero album is only 3 pages long now, and is alphabatized making it pretty easy to navigate through. I'll try to post a link to direct photos as I get them in to make it easier for you.

Sandy, would it be alright if I had a user album? I have some nice pictures of a recent trip that I would like to share with Hatrack, and other online friends.

I have one question: how large can we have our photos? Most of mine look best at 1024x768, but I don't want to be a bandwidth hog.
