::all the Rohirrim start out the door in haste::
KWSNI!!!! The Rohirrim ALWAYS notice, and now they've gone away. Kwsni, please bring back the horses. You can keep the Ranger for now, but the rest of us would like the Rohirrim back so that they can continue to... uh... help us clean up the bathtubs. Yeah, that's it. We've been using them so much lately that they need a good cleaning.

I can't tell wether that was a sexual innuendo or an insult saying that Ni is starting to smell.... Seeing as how the second is a lie...

I'll be happy to help with the decorations, as long as you don't need anything hung over 4 feet 11 inches from the ground.

It's okay, JaneX! We love having the menorah there! It looks great in that window spot.
Merry, Pippin - quit fooling around! You're supposed to help, not get tangled up in the lights yourself! Toretha and JaneX, see if you untangle those lads, will you?
Olivet, since you can't hang anything all that high, see if one of the rangers will help you put the star on top of the tree, would you?
And Faramir, I need you and Elladan and Elrohir to come back to the basement with me....we need to scrounge around in the dark for some more boxes.

*helps with decorations* Hey I heard there were goodies in the kitchen. I'm going to get some before I hit the books again.

Here you are Fael. I've had Gandalf bewitch the tray so that the food replenishes itself. Now you won't have to interupt your studying to eat. Good luck!

*Humming while carrying a basket of chestnuts to the fireplace*
Oh, hello Gandalf. Your pinecones are beautiful as usual. I'll just roast some of these chestnuts if you don't mind sharing the fire.
*Settles down leg to leg with the wizard, he kneeling with multicolored pinecone, she kneeling with the roasting basket. Occasional giggling as Gandalf reminisces about "Fifteen birds in five fir-trees".
Since we're already on the subject of food, what would you all like to have for Christmas? Please keep in mind that we have limited kitchen help so nothing too big. On the other hand, I do have Gandalf's promise that he'll be whipping up something special for all of us.
Great stuff. Excellent stuff. Feeds millions of people with one batch. Goes great with sour cream.
Oh, and never make gulumpki (I don't know how to spell any of this stuff). Its cabbage rolls soaked in tomatoe soup. Very nasty stuff. Don't eat gulumpki.

That's near Fangorn, we'd better check with the ents before cutting down any of those trees...
