Huh? It's always been flat dough and tomato for me (I'm almost positive). Only thing I've ever used wads for is pies and cookies.

If you want an easier character to play, consider creating a Disco Bandit or an Accordian Thief. They get Moxious Maneuvers (very powerful later on), and their emphasis on Moxie means they'll get hit much less often. Also, once you have enough meat and moxie to pass the Guild's test and buy it, get a Moxie Magnet ASAP-that boosts your Magic points considerably.
If you have not already, purchase a Familiar-Gro Terrarium in the Market. Then make familiars-they're very useful. The first one, a Mosquito, can be made by using a mosquito larva found in the Spooky Forest. The second, and (in my opinion) among the best is the Fairy Gravy. You can also level up more quickly if you get a Bloody Volleyball. To make that, get the stuff needed to visit the Hermit. Get a volleyball from the hermit, and get your hands on a Seal Tooth (They can be found in the sewer, and surely one of your clanmates has one by now, too). Use the tooth, then use the ball, then use the resulting item, then pick it up from your campground.
Make sure you've got a barskin tent at your campsite-made by combining a bar skin (Spooky Forest) and wooden stakes (spooky Forest). Those two items can be found in the Clan Stash, I think. The tent increases the point-regen when you rest.

I have two Disco Bandits Tammmy and Tammmy2 both at Level 3.
I noticed that others have more than one character in the clan. I use the Tammmy's for practice. I messed up making them both Disco Bandits. What are the ways one can "mess" up and piss the clan off?
I was working at building my Karma, but that doesn't really help me out? Or does it?
I want to play the game and I like the advantages the clan offers, I just don't want to be the black sheep of the clan.
I don't have the time or the cunning tenacity to be a die hard gamer here. Okay, I have the time.
While building up my Karma ( I just need some good Karma okay) I donated some fairy gravy.
What are the advantages of donating vs. selling?
I’ve read some of the cheat sheets out there. I just need quick basics that I apparently don’t seem to find so quickly myself. I run out of adventures very quickly. I think I’m just trying to stock up vs. really playing the game.

No, don't smash the hippy stone. It allows other players to attack you (and you to attack them). You're probably not ready for that.
It sounds like you don't know what Karma is good for. It's like credit, that allows you to take items from our clan's stash for your own use. That is its only purpose, although we could use it for other things if we wanted to.

There's no point in "building up" Karma, unless you want to keep score against the other members of your clan. It's a measure of how much you've "taken" from the clan, relative to how much you've "given." And at your level, it's far more likely that you'll need to take more than you give -- so don't sweat it.

Despite my hazing, I think you r0x0r5 (you'll understand that reference if you speak l337 or get to the Orc Chasm .
Don't worry about the Karma, like others have said. Now that you're level 4, one thing you'll definitely want to get is a Baby Gravy Fairy. You get that by cooking (not combining) Fairy Gravy (which can be found, as you've learned, in the Haiku Dungeon) and a Knob (possibly Knoll) mushroom, and then using the result. This increases the rate at which monsters drop items; at L4, you're about to start dealing with some item-heavy quests.
If you want to get more adventures, you should build yourself a Clockwork Maid. All the items needed for its construction except one can be found in the Degrassi Knoll. You need to make a Meat Engine and combine it with a Frilly Skirt (dropped by a Gnollish Dresscrosser or Crossdresser). It will give you +4 adventures / day. After that, work on either a Bitchin' Meat Car or begin work on your Chef- and Bartender-in-a-Box. Those two in particular save lots of adventures.

Is off to find more delicious tipness. Maybe I'll even find out where I can get an Orcish Frat Boy tattoo just for the heck of it.

I think the imp ale is fine to drink. You get a net bonus of approximately 5 stats, in addition to your adventures.

zgator, you should at least drink and eat as much as possible between now and then, so you can get the max possible adventures. Otherwise you'll only have the 40 (43, 47, 50, whatever) adventures given per day. You may have thought of that, but if I can help someone, it's worth it.

One of my characters has started adventuring in the valley. Maybe someone has mentioned this before, but is there something specific I need to find before the council will tell me that particular task has been satisfied?

Yep, try combining scrolls. There's a certain number you have to get to make it work. And one that just gives you cool stuff. Two words to think about: "Eleet" and "Gates".

They have clovers today at the hermitage. I've tried 10 times to get a friggin worthless trinket from the sewer at haven't got it yet.

One way is to take them into the Knob Goblin Treasury. Doing so will reward you with a dense meat stack, which can be used for smithing or can be sold for 1,000 meat. It can also be taken into the sewer, and you get your choice of any three of the possible items found there. Spices in particular are great for Insanely Spicy Enchanted Bean Burritos, and you can also pick up Worthless items to visit the Hermit again.
Those, plus visiting the Casino and playing the game on the bottom right to gain a Big Rock. This can be used to created special class-specific weapons, which are pretty good for awhile.

Okay, who wants to trade me a Boris Key for a Jarlsburg Key? I thought the Daily Dungeon always spat out the same item at the end on any given day, but apparently it's not so. Two of my guys got Boris keys, and the one who actually needed a Boris Key got a Jarlsburg. And he already has two.

Are the keys good for anything other than access to the altars? What do you get besides stat points for giving?

I didn't know that about taking the 10 leaf clover into the sewers. I finally got one and was going to try and get another and lost it.

The three keys are very valuable, they all get between 9000-13000 meat at the mall. They can be made into Key Lime Pies, which give you an insane amount of stat points. You also need them for one of the last quests.

Oh, and I should add: spices are also used in making Extra-spicy Bloody Mary-s. They're the best drink I've found so far (and I've NEVER gotten even one paper umbrella, so I can't comment on those)

I've got about a bazillion boxes of spices. And it doesn't make much sense to use the clover in the sewer -- since it takes a sewer adventure to get one that's a zero-sum game. (Well, you do get two other items along with your worthless trinket, but I've got duplicates of them all already.)
I went for the big rock.
And sent a clover to my sweetie for good luck in his meetings today.
